The Location

Now that you found the building color and found the building, you eagerly dash in to the building to see... a very large hall, with multiple floors even. But because this is the grand opening, the room that this is happening at must be special! You ask the knowledgeable staff there to give you the location of the special room. But once again, because you're not that "special", the staff won't tell you the room name... But all hope is not lost, because the staff is at least willing to tell you that the special room is the room that only appears once in the building. As with all buildings, you do also know that when ever there is a room in here, it gets appended by a number after it, like HALL1, HALL2, HALL3, and so on. You look around, and see a list of rooms, but its all jumbled, probably due to the haste the staff members had. Can you find the room name?
