A new city by an extremely secretive bureaucrat is having its grand opening! The bureaucrat also sent you an invitation! However, due to the bureaucrat being secretive in the first place combined with the fact that you're not that "special" of a guest, the bureaucrat has ordered his underlings to... make it harder for you to find what the city name is by adding useless text to lure you into giving up. Due to curiosity, you still wanted to see what the city and the bureaucrat looks like. You still want to go, so, can you find the name of the city so you can get there yourself?
