Of course, at the grand opening of a city, you don't see a huge ribbon spanning the entire city. It's done at an official, managerial building! Although you made it to the city, you still need to find said building. You do not know what the building looks like, but you do know that due to regulations in your region, official, managerial buildings have a different color than the rest of the buildings of a city. While wandering in hopes to find the building, you found a layout of the city on a nearby sign! Maybe if you could find the color of the managerial building, things could go easier for you...
